We accept people to work in our restaurants, whatever their job, only if
they meet the appropriate requirements with respect to educational
qualification, expertise and past experience in equivalent jobs. Also, we
organise periodic staff training and retraining, with particular attention to
issues relating to the food production cycle and safety at work.
In addition to the certification required by law, we have always
organised additional training programs that we consider an indispensable part
of the process for obtaining the legally required certification itself.
But our attention, in this sense, is not limited to the requirements of
