• A playful and fun team activity to achieve a common goal, also valuing individuality and talent among the team members. 

• Team Cooking takes place over a single day at the kitchen of the in-house Pedevilla restaurant. 

• The participants, divided into groups, are involved in warm-up games and activities with a culinary theme, with goals and winners. 

• The dishes made during Team Cooking are then served during a dinner, which also involves the company management. Everyone can taste the result of the day's teamwork.
